DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A 50% deposit of the Ceremony package price is required at the time of booking. Booking of our Private Venue for Ceremony & Reception events will require a Deposit of 15% of the total packages to secure contracted services.
Note: Deposits are retained and non–refundable for bookings of contractors for your dates & penalty claims undergone in the case of Cancellation. Network suppliers are booked within 24 hours or receiving your deposits to ensure we have the best suppliers available for your specific date.
Cancellations must be in writing at all times, verbal changes will not be permitted or honoured. It is your responsibility to follow up acknowledgement of cancellation from WPR, no written acknowledgement will mean we have not received your request to cancel.
Cancellation 21 days prior to your date – forfeit all payments

Full payment of all packages 30 days prior to your date.
Packages Valid until 31st Dec 2020, Prices subject to change without prior notice.
All packages are inclusive of govt taxes – VAT and subject to change at any time.
All Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars
A 25% surcharge is applicable for Public Holidays & Sundays in the Cook Islands which is a culturally sensitive day.
The client is responsible for all guests attending their wedding at our venue Papa Tikas, any damages will incur additional charges for replacement of and or cleaning of soiled areas.
Our Venue Papa Tikas is strictly midnight closing
Cancellations/Changes to bookings made by WPR whilst we endeavour to provide those services agreed, we will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to provide limited services, cancel or change your booking in anyway as a result of situations beyond our control which we could not foresee or avoid such as inclement weather, civil strife, industrial action, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire or flooding.
We reserve the right to refuse Another Service Provider into our Private Venue at Papa Tikas not contracted through Wedding Planner Rarotonga Ltd. An onsite venue fee of NZD $100.00 will be required should you engage the services of another service provider contracted to work our venue on Wedding day. Power is not supplied for use of utilities onsite.
