DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
Wedding Planner Rarotonga Ltd is a registered Weddings Company listed in the Cook Islands business Directory.  All packages are inclusive of govt taxes – VAT and subject to change at any time.  All Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars

A 50% deposit of the Ceremony package price is required at the time of booking.  Booking Ceremony & Reception Packages requires a 20% Deposit of the Quotation Price to secure our services.
Note:  Deposits are retained and non–refundable for booking of contractors & penalty claims undergone in the case of Cancellation and Administration costs.  Network suppliers are booked within 24-48 hours of receiving deposits to ensure we have the best suppliers locked in and available for your specific date.  

CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be received in writing.  Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent via email from WPR.
Cancellation 21 days prior to your date – forfeit all payments

POSTPONEMENT

Postponements must be received in writing no less than 60 days prior to date.  Confirmation of a new date will be sent via email from WPR.  All package prices will remain as quoted with the exception of Food & Beverage. This will be reassessed due to inconsistent pricing increases with shipping & suppliers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Full payment of all packages 30 days prior to date.
Packages Valid until 31st Dec 2024, Prices can change without prior notice.

A 25% surcharge is applicable for Public Holidays & Sundays in the Cook Islands which is a culturally sensitive day.

All Private holiday Venues/Holiday Homes expect that all festivities are concluded no later than Midnight in respect of neighbors and noise control restrictions in the Cook Islands.  WPR will begin the pack up process approx 1 hour prior to Midnight.

Whilst we endeavor to provide those services agreed, we will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to provide limited services, cancel or change your booking in anyway as a result of situations beyond our control which we could not foresee or avoid such as inclement weather, civil strife, industrial action, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire or flooding.

 Power or infrastructure is not supplied for Service providers not contracted unless otherwise agreed to by WPR at Private Venues.
